I spit on your colonialism. You will make defacto slaves of them.
The Golconda colony should be an independent world of their choice subject to neither superpower.
Don't despair.I must admit, being this far behind the Feds with no chance of winning and never did is sapping my motivation to keep delivering. Even getting in the top 25% isn't that much of a motivation because the difference won't be that bad given that we'll probably be on tier 4 or 5 at best by the time the Feds win...
My second ever community goal, but I feel jaded already.
I read that in Sisko's voice.I can not, will not, support any process that has those poor people squeezed into a space tin-can with a Federal logo painted on it.
There is an irony about the statement that I like especially in that voice.I read that in Sisko's voice.
Interestingly, if E : D would have a proper PvP system and therefore open-only for CGs, Federation currently wouldn't stand a chance ... last times I checked, space was crammed with Imperial combat pilot.
Hard to believe any hauler would be able to make it through that net in one piece.
Okay, it might just have been coincidence, but I somehow doubt that. And maybe the Federation pilots would have set up some kind of convoy system if that would have been required, and possible.
Actually these numbers tell me that not only does the Federation have more support, these guys also transported 10% more per contributor.Day four
Progress: Tier 3/8 Contributors: 1,414 Contributions: 4,312,534 = Empire
Vs
Progress: Tier 6/8 Contributors: 2,996 Contributions: 10,059,877 = Feds
I can not, will not, support any process that has those poor people squeezed into a space tin-can with a Federal logo painted on it.
You also forgot that All fed ships will be discounted as well. So Those who want another corvette or another FGS will also back the Feds even if they allready have the ranks to buy them now there is no point if there going to be discounted soon...snip
Cant blame anyone for being discouraged seeing that the opposition has twice the numbers.Actually these numbers tell me that not only does the Federation have more support, these guys also transported 10% more per contributor.
You mean like the tin-can they are currently squeezed into? You'd rather disregard the wishes of the inhabitants of the Golconda when they chose to abandon their initial mission of inhabiting a planet in favour of living as a permanent entity in space aboard their ship, by forcing them to inhabit a planet? The Fed's goal is the only one that is actually doing what the Golconda inhabitants want. They're essentially saying "Your ship is no longer fit for purpose, so we'll build you another one and let you stay here in space".
Seems to me you're more worried about where you can park your Cutter when exploiting them through trading commodities...
The tin-can which is several miles long and much bigger then the Fed outpost you're proposing? Yeah ok. Plenty of room for the Golcondians I'm sure.
Oh and I have over 4B CR in the bank, so its not as if I need the credits, let alone 'exploit' them, but your concern about my Cutter parking on double yellow lines is noted and appreciated.![]()
I went all out in the first phase because "it was the right thing to do". This second phase is such a let down for me on many levels!
The worst was adding the double reputation for players from the winning side. As it stands the is a 2:1 Fed:Imp participation, and the delivery levels show this.
Players want to fast track the Federal rank (I assume it being the slowest to achieve).
The only reason I see that the Alliance is not involved, is that they have no ships that require a rank to purchase. So those players that are aligned to the Alliance (through RP) would have to work with their opposing superpowers.
So it just shows that FDev want to hand the newer players those shiney ships hidden behind a rank. what comes next, a super portal in SOL that will transport you to Beagle Point in 5 mins...
Frontier, over the past few months have been watering down any sense of achievement in the game. This game to me was all about the Long Haul to achievement, but is slowly becoming a "Hand it on a plate" game. I could go on but, it would become off topic.
