Definitely not!
I delete the cache after every session. The problem also exists with INARA.cz itself.
The signature on the Commander page of INARA (MISC AND SIGNATURE) is not updated automatically,
only after you have saved, button "SAVE".
On the INARA Discuss page I described the problem (2 days ago - CMDR Melli Beese).
Unfortunately there is no reaction now.
