The amount of myth surrounding these skins is hilarious. They've been sold every year since Horizons...

I seem to remember they were a bonus for pre-ordering Horizons by Black Friday 2015, where the Cobra Mk IV was for already owning the base game. And unlike the Cobra Mk IV, no mention of them being an exclusive, that I recall.
Someone feel free to correct me though if that wasn't the case.

They have been available since yesterday as far as I know, possibly earlier. Click on shop, click on paintjobs, click on filter, click on black.
What IS annoying though is that I cannot find a way to list all of the black paint jobs. I have to switch virtual ship and check one by one if I have them all. Yeh I got bored of that after 5 ships, so FD won't get any money from me this year, despite my desire to buy them for any ships that don't have them yet (likely to only be one or two), because the interface is absolute dog poo. The very first most basic function of a shop is to adequately display its wares if it expects people to buy them.
I don't mind arx, but the team responsible for the outfitting interface was inexplicably tasked with the shop interface too and they did a similarly not awesome job on it. MERCY!
P.S. If there is a way to list them that someone is about to tell me, that's great, but I still stand by everything I said about the outfitting and shop user interfaces. Diabiolical.

On frontierstore Web site I can select categories, paint jobs, then filter black.
No midnight paintjobs visible... Only other black paint jobs like squadron etc
