Marketing Department Has ARX'd UP

It's Thanksgiving, here in the US.

Many other game companies are offering specials, that make the ARX store look pathetic. Most have double XP, or better, going. Daily login bonuses are common. Heavily discounted sales are common.

Frontier is offering paltry discounts, retaining the ARX cap, and offering no incentives other than the capped "free" ARX to draw players in.

If you are going to do an artificial currency, do it right.

That shouldn't prohibit them from taking advantage of a good opportunity. Steam is an American company, but I assume their sale right now is world wide.

Here, there's your sale. Happy now? :)
1/3 off on items I don't want, and 1/2 off on items I do want elsewhere. No contest. Frontier isn't giving anything away like it's competition is, for better sales.

Suprisingly, Russia is more caring of Thanksgiving than Great Britain. At least, in terms of their game products. :)

Even handier if you just buy the stuff you actually want, whether it’s a sale or not

Too much of a cheapskate and too good at deferring gratification for that.

My first reaction to the price of something upon release is "I'll check back in two years"...unless of course I have reason to believe that prices will go up.
