Newcomer / Intro How do I find a "Security Office (Officer)" to pay my fines?

THank you Meta' but I've discovered all of that. Its just that I'm at the station the fine was committed at, but can't find the location of the Security Office or Officer as referred to here:

They are in the contacts section of the station menu, usually the one at top left of the grid where you go to cash bounties.
You also find the one who deals in combat bonds there as well as Search and Rescue, Black Market, Materials traders and Interstellar Factors. Which ones are present varies from station to station.

Station Services->Contacts->Legal Facilities or something.
