The link should be relevant to the topic and not break any of the rules. https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/forum-rules-and-guidelines-23-may-2016.251032/hi moderators , is it a offence to post link that are not related to planet zoo . ? I wanna post some link here ?
I know I'm a freak. but I would be happy with 1 every monthImagine what a wide range of animals we'd have after a year. But the masses will probably scream then. One every 3 month sounds bout like the content strategy Planco had, I believe. Sims has it as well, more or less.
I doubt they could develop them that quickly.
Well this one's what 6 weeks since release, so it begs the question.
Hi Bo - I have an Issue Tracker bug I'd love to know if it's being addressed, or can be, in the next update. Could you let me know? It would be most appreciated. This is the issue:

It's about staff not getting trained in sandbox mode. It used to work but hasn't since 1.0.3.
Thanks!
Hi Bo, would you be able into an issue I've reported to the issue tracker? It's been an issue since the beta, and I'm hoping next week's update can resolve it. Much appreciated!

I made a suggestion in the Suggestions forum, called 'Custom DLC' that you might likeI don't really like to build in planet zoo, its often very complicated and frustrating, so for me it's little bit disappointing to get only 4 animals in the dlc packhope we will get in future dlc's with more animal's & not so much building stuff...

I honestly stopped reporting on the issue tracker. There's no feedback whatsoever, even re bugs from Beta. If you contribute to one issue, you cannot track that. Your patch notes so far are not very detailed (or there's no detailed version; two versions the better choice imo) to see if a specifc bug has been adressed by a patch. Are there any internal plans to develop this tool further?
As Bo said before, there are different teams that work on different things. So the content designers / scenario design work wouldn't have needed much support on the game for launch as this parts were done already. Bug fixing would be done by different people, unless the bug was related to those areas.Well this one's what 6 weeks since release, so it begs the question.
I hope that you do not regret jumping into a CRM/ QM role with your post looking up some pressuring issues upI've had a quick look and we're chatting currently about some improvements in how we could communicate better within the Issue Tracker. Thank you for bringing it to our attention - of course we want the reporting process to be as smooth as possible for you, as well as you having some insight on where your report has landed![]()

But I appreciate it and maybe you can do that from time to time, at least.
Imo, I don't expect a detailed "comment" or something like this when contributing or reporting an issue. something like a traffic light system with "acknowledged", "work in progress", "solved in patch X.X" would be helpful and a feedback one can grab easily as a customer.
I am sure that they will have ideas by themselves. I just wanted to use an example to express that I understand that's not possible and don't want them to comment on every bug posted. But my suggestion definitely had in mind that you can view these "traffic lights" when you log into your account. Because that's one of the big flaws of the current version. One contributes to a bug and it's not shown under the "my issues" section. The traffic light system isn't a bad idea, but it would still require looking for the issue in the issue tracker again (which is a nuisance if fifty people have logged the same issue separately). I just think patch notes could be more extensive and detailed. A lot of games will go into the nitty-gritty and list exactly what they've patched in their notes. It might not mean anything to everyone but at least a comprehensive list will allow us to go through and find the specific bug we were looking for.
