It might be only my problem but I think the capacity of the trade center is way too low, especially when you start to breed animals in a bigger way. I always keep some of my animals for the next generation when they're grown up but when you do it with several species and you're buying new animals for new habitats by the way it's pretty fast full. I think there should be a way to raise the capacity, for example by research.

I agree! But for me it don't need to be higher as 50. Because it shouldn't be to easy still 
This is such an important feature, please, Frontier, make it possible. Because with the current system, we can't have big zoos in the Franchise. There is one limit, no matter how many zoos you have. I like hoarding animals, and the current limit doesn't let me have more than 20 species on the zoo, as I like to save good, quality animals for the next generation.

Now its completely locked to 30. Thats a bit sad, cause without a possibility to increase the capacity we might get in trouble in some situations.

Oh no I hope not! I currently have over 200 animals in my trade center, but I haven't played since monday.
for me it wasnt yesterday: i had 24 in my storage and wanted to rebuild an exhibit of 15 animals. marked them, wanted to put them into trading center and it appeared a not like "not enough storage in your trading center for all marked animals"
You have to move them into the trade center either individually or via the habitat tab. Via the zoo animal tab this doesn't work and hasn't before.
Just tried it out again:
Currently ive got 19 animals in my trading center. I marked all my 39 Flamingos and wanted to put them into trading center. Then this warning appears:
Cant move them, cause my trading centre is full (58/30).

Cool. played scenario mode the last 2 weeks and it was quite comfortable - there you can just marked all the animals and move them.
Dont know why this way is possible and the other one is not.
I also miss the feature of scenario-mode, that you can select more than just one animal in your trading center to move them all together.
Oh yes, I would love to have the option to select more than one animal in the trading center when I play franchise to move them or release them or what-not. I also don't like how the animal trading center tab disappears each time you release an animal (but that's another issue). And yes, you can still move animals to your trading center when you've exceeded the 30 animal limit, but you have to do it through the habitat tab where you find the animals, select them there and then 'move to trade center'.
Adding my voice to the request for larger trade centre capacity. As has been already mentioned, I try to keep a next generation of breeders for each species in my zoo. Maintaining this across multiple zoos in Franchise Mode is virtually impossible. Pretty please Frontier, more trade centre space
Well it is possible to work around it and have multiple future breeding pairs, but it requires just a "tiny" bit of time and effort
This is my zoo where I "store" future mates for my breeding (trying to breed perfect animals). Right now, it houses African Buffalos, Aardvarks and Red Pandas. (demolished my most profitable zoo to make this)

30 is way to small if you want to breed good stat animalsx especially if you have multiple zoo's..
I wish frontier just gave the option to buy more space for cc: for example you get 30 or 50 more animalspace for every (e.g.)250k cc. So you can buy as much space as you want when you give 250k each time
