General How about FDev creates an "official" Elite Dangerous presence on Facebook?

There's no need to hide the fact you are writing god by putting a dash in, god doesn't exist and blasphemy is a victimless crime so feel free to write actual words.

The "private" Elite Dangerous group on Facebook is being modded by a little pocket montagnard with the intelligence of a 5 year old, more interested in his own imagined authority than in players helping players, just read his groups "rules". I answered a players question, correctly apparently for the thumbs-up the OP (and others) gave me and this sniveling schlemiel started personally attacking me for some unrelated reason of his own so I left the group, whereupon the mod PMed me to insult me some more with drivel he would never be man enough say to my face for fear of getting a beating. Easy for him to act tough when he's 3000 miles away, hiding behind Facebook, I had to block him. The OP even PMed me to apologize for the mod's behavior. o7

I can't tell if you're playing the role of grammar police or religion police. Either way, it's nit-picky and self-aggrandizing.

See that's what I love about the religious, unable to take a joke and always ready to condemn people to everlasting punishment in hell from their loving god. Fortunately hell is as non-existant as god so I'm not going to worry to much, you needn't either. Have a nice summer solstice and joyful Saturnalia.

Neither really, I just think coming on to the FDEV forums to complain about a private facebook group is rather rude, the only thing FDEV can do is to remove the right of the facebook page to use or refer to Elite by enforcing copyright laws. People with private facebook pages have the right to set their own rules (within the guidelines of of the over-arching facebook rules of course) and to enforce those rules. If people don't like it then they have the right to not be a member, and that's about it. Coming on to FDEV's forums and complaining about a private facebook group is a sideways attempt to get FDEV to do something about the group because he doesn't like the admin. He obviously wants FDEV to do something about it or he wouldn't have implied it gives "FDEV a bad name."

Apart from that of course, we only have his side of the story, and bad mouthing other people on public forums is just a no no as far as I am concerned, and invoking god in that manner to attack another person behaviour, well that smacks of religious hubris.
