"wrongly placed education" bug

I've gotten reports of wrongly placed education items a few times after the patch, but every single time it has been because the animal got moved or died.
But today I got my first one that is clearly a bug.

I got the "wrongly placed" message for my Okapi and Tapir that is in my jungle habitat with Bongo and Nyala (and soon a few Lemurs too). The boards for the Bongo and Nyala works just fine, it's only these two, and as you can see from the second picture, the animals in question is in the habitat (I've circled them). And the boards are not to far away from the barriers, they are ON! the damn barriers. And I had other animals in the habitat before with the same education items, and then it worked fine.
Did I miss something?? Never had this problem before and it's really frustrating :(

Seems like the problem is that this section of the habitat barrier no longer counts as part of the habitat for some wierd reason?? I tried placing education items for my other animals there and then I get the same message, that they are wrongly placed. Everywhere else on the barrier works fine, just not that zone in the middle (I could place items for Okapi and Tapir on other parts of the barrier just fine). And it's a new problem, it worked just fine when I had my savanna animals there :/

From my experience and testing, I am pretty sure (not 100% certain) that the habitat is way too large for the game to properly calculate that the animal is in it. For the information boards to work correct the software calculates that the specific animal is in a certain range of the board. If you lowered the size you would see that it works properly.

Perhaps this is also because Okapi, Tapir, Bongo and Nyala should not be in the same enclosure.

Why not? (they are all at 100% happines, so it works just fine) :)

Hmm, I don't think so. The animals were not that far away from the barrier part in question, and the habitat is only 5000m2. I have another habitat not far away from it that is 11000m2 and I don't have any problem with the education items there. And like I mentioned before, I have used the same habitat and education items for the animals I had in that habitat earlier (that used to be my savanna habitat before I got the bigger one), and I never had any problems with it then

Check Zoopedia. Perhaps mistakes are made precisely because the animals are together, but should not be. Besides, it was just a thought.
Just because the animals do not gain enrichment from each other doesn't mean they can not be housed together. I've had Okapi and Bongo together and the education works fine. Others have mixed all types of animals together without issue.

Have you tried deleting the education boards and then replacing them? I know there have been some issues with education items since one of the last updates, this sounds like another bug.

Ye, I have tried that, and it doesn't seem to be the boards/speakers that is the problem, but that particular part of the wall. Tried moving others that worked fine in the other place, tried putting up new ones, tried with it showing one of the other animals. But it just wont work on that part of the barrier, wich sucks, since it's the part of the barrier with most visitors :/
