Problem with having multiple zookeepers

I have a huge savanna habitat in one of my zoo's with almost 40 animals of 8 species. So I have assigned three zookeepers to tend to it. One is on feeding duty, one on cleaning duty and one on both.
The problem is that the one that is assigned to do both do ALL the work, he has high workload while the other two are on low workload. How do I make it so that they all work effectivly?? Is it impossible to have more than two keepers to one habitat?

Tried to change all three to do the same job (both cleaning and feeding), but still have the same issue. Only one of the keepers is doing all the job, the other two complains there is nothing to do. And now I have the problem that the habitat needs cleaning. One of the keepers is in there preparing food and the other two are just walking around thinking there is nothing to do -.-

Sadly I know the problem and I have no idea how to fix it. A few keepers seem to be idling all the time, while another is practically overworked.

I ended up firering the two lazy s and hiering a new zookeeper. So now i have one that feeds and one that cleans. Had to remove some of the animals from the habitat to make it doable for two workers :/ Not sure if this is a new problem or not, the only other times I had more than two keepers for one habitat was for my African Elephant habitat in another zoo, and there it worked just fine

The issue is that only one keeper will do a job at a time, so you could have 10 5* keepers and only one of them will feed the animals, the others will stand around. Sadly, tt does seem that this causes a limit to the max number of animals you can have in one enclosure.

Ye, and that is so frustrating, because I think I read that Frontier said themself that if the habitat is unclean or the animals are hungry you should add more keeper huts and keepers, but it doesn't work! since you can't have more than two for one habitat

Here they are talking about multiple habitat workzones though, which is by far the best way to manage your zoo. For example, 3/4 keepers looking after 2/3 habitats in same location. In this situation more keepers can help, as they will give more cover for breaks etc.

This is pretty much what I do. As long as they are reasonably close to each other it doesn't cause travelling issues.

From my early experiences ( it may have changed since then ) you could only have 1 feeding and multiple cleaning. But with multiple updates since then there is chance it was broken in some way.
