Thank you for the update, team! I’m not sure if it’s related to any updates, or if it’s a persistent bug, but my animals get boxed up and sent back to the habitat gate if I place nature items/change terrain/place water near them. They immediately unbox, so it’s not too bad. Is this an intended feature?

This was taken care of in 1.1.4. It used to be that animals were boxed and left like that if you failed to notice. Now the animals will still get boxed under certain conditions (a good example being terrain or water changes in the habitat) but - Automatically unboxed as soon as it is 'safe'. This usually means right away.

I missed this as wasn't expecting another patch already, great work and looking forward to the stream this week.

Ah ok. I never had my animals randomly boxed up before 1.1.4 to be honest, so I thought it was a new thing.

Thanks for your work on the game!

So... are the devs working on the "animals loosing their medals in trade center" bug? Because this bug effected the last community challenge (silver animals did not count as silver because they counted for bronze or no medal at all for the game). I have this bug since November last year, so it would be really nice to know if the devs are actually working on this.

Great to see that you guys are ironing out some of the bugs! My game has been quite stable for a while now, but even small things like automatic unboxing from the last update are really cool and useful updates. (y)

Though I really don't want to be that guy and sound ungrateful, but might it be possible to just get some update on coat variations (https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/disappointed-with-lack-of-coat-variation-in-wolves.534619/)? This would be a cool thing to see the progress of once in a while, because at this point in time I and quite a few fellow builders feel like we're left in the dark about future updates and the general direction PZ is moving in; which leads to it becoming a bit stale easily. Of course this is completely up to you guys, but it would be cool to involve us more when it comes to future updates 🙌

A bit curious about this one too, it was very obvious during the last challenge..

On the bright side: Is a confirmed issue

Many influencers wish for the same lately and say that Frontier was way more open about updates and directions with Planco. I too think it would fire the hype train a little again, which is what Planet Zoo needs to be as successful as Planet Coaster, I think. It starts with patches (would be cool if we hear a little more often if they work on a popular issue and not just be surprised by the next update. Protestors are an example) and ends with future plans. I'm not asking for a complete master plan, but updates in the process of fur variations and what they try to figure out (will it be possible to include genetic with furvariations or not?) would be awesome.
