Hardware & Technical I can not believe it

And when it becomes available we wont get it quickly. Companies will give us bit by bit, so they can sell it multiple times. Every 2 years, oh look we have faster speeds available at an upgrade price.

Let's hope 5G has enough capacity to have many thousands of devices active accross the UK.

If so, the cable or fibre internet providers will be in for a shock, due to 5G speeds.

Finest in the world.

Look at it... JUST LOOK AT IT.

Germany is entirely believable. Fiber only started to roll out after most places in populated locations had DSL and/or TV coax cable for years, so there's little demand for fiber in those places, and less incentive for the companies to lay fiber cables.
The bad to non-existant connection of areas with a low population density (i.e. where there is no valid business case) is a different problem.

The fiber network already installed and offered at 1 Gb / s may be offered later at 10 Gb / s and more, just by changing a few devices in the splitters.

It seems ...

Being serious though, The UK has some wonderful food and recipes and i think its an unfair stereo type that our food is said to be bad. We do have some nice stuff, every nation does. I think as the world becomes more and more cosmopolitan its a tendancy to forget various recipes in favour of popular or fashionable dishes and for some dishes to be mislabeled.
While British food does not have the international appeal of italian or Chinese cuisine that does not automatically mean that British food is terrible.

If you enjoy cooking, then give some of these recipes a whirl, for the sake of cultural exhange.
British Food tends to be simple and wholesome. Pies, Tarts, bakes, etc.
But its good solid grub, delicious and filling.

I have no doubt that there is very good food in the UK.

For the world class I have a doubt.

I doubt much less for France. :)

Most german households use DSL copper lines with speeds up to 100 mbit, which to be frank, is sufficient for full hd streaming.
I live in a small village in northern germany, 40 km from Bremen, and have a 50 mbit downstream dsl line. Nowadays I pay 35 € a month for that.
Our community decided to get fibre cable installed with subventions, provided enough citizens subscribe to the provider.
As a house owner I decided to get fibre with 200 mbit downstream directly in my house in the build phase, which will be in one or two years approximately.
The new line will cost 50€ a month but due to the subventions the "last mile" connection directly into my house is free.

So I can entirely believe the numbers.

For a long time, I had an VDSL connection at 75 Mb/s.

I was very satisfied.
