Can't download game from my account.

I haven't played since 2018 but was an early backer and purchased passes allowing me to play into Horizons. Now I have a new computer and would need to re-install. Logged into account and it shows my purchases but can only download the beta stage 1 access. What gives? I hope my in game progress is not all lost too...
Can anyone help out this old Elite guy?

Right, but my lifetime expansion pass, which exists under my orders, does not show up in my downloadable products. Only the original beta....

You can't download a pass....

I'm pretty sure I always download the beta (that's when I purchased the game), that downloads the launcher installer.

Once the launcher is installed, it will download the latest version of the game that you are eligible for.

Plus:

In fact all you need to do is download the installer ( http://hosting.zaonce.net/elite/Client-Installer.exe ) - what product you bought just ties in with what is available to you in game - all tied to your account. (Should have posted that link in my earlier post - it was nearly 2 in the morning then so that's my excuse - sorry anyway.
