Zenimax Online Studios revealed the setting for this year's big ESO expansion. We will be headed to Skyrim once more, specifically, the region that is home to Solitude, Morthal and Dragon's Bridge.

As well as Blackreach. Oh yes. We're going down there again. And deeper still...

Vampires and werewolves, along with powerful witch covens, threaten Tamriel, and the heart of the plot can be found in Skyrim.

We'll be headed to The Reach later this year where we will see Markarth, in a smaller expansion.

I'm unsurprisingly hyped for this. I've already made my new main in the game a Nord. And she is very, very powerful. I'm regarded within my guilds as a very good tank in PvE content and an adequately capable player in PvP with this character.

Does anyone else here play ESO? Will this get you to check it out again? Or maybe start new?

Just found out that Proudspire Manor is returning, and it will be a player home.

Skyrim players will understand.

ESO is the only game I play atm. I watched the stream yesterday where they toured the zone and Blackreach, looks almost the same as it did in Skyrim unlike Eastmarch and The Rift from the base game. I really wish they would update the old zones.

Tempted to buy Proudspire manor, wonder what it will cost. Sitting on 15k crowns that accumulated from subscription.

I mean... It may yet not be a Crown Store purchase at all. Elsweyr after all, gave us an entire house as a quest reward.

That doesn't mean the same for Proudspire of course. On the bright side... There is an inn room confirmed in Solitude and I have a very good feeling it will be in the same building as The Winking Skeever from TESV. Dare I say, perhaps the room that you rented there as the Dovahkiin?

Extending from that, I am quietly hoping that ZOS will finally add another house with a gold purchase option in the form of Proudspire.

Today is the day! I'm taking a break from all my house chores to get started in Skyrim later.

Got yet another character planned too. :)

Big oof.

ZOS accidentally gave everyone access to the expansion, even if they didn't buy it.

Server was taken down minutes after going live and we're still waiting a few hours later.

Okay. Well, the severe launch issues have been sorted out now.

Also, Cyrodiil works quite well again.

Honestly? Really loving it now. The game is much better with Greymoor.
