Newcomer / Intro Arx problems

Hi all,
I have tried to use ARX to buy paint jobs but there is a problem
When I get into the list of ships, I can't activate any buttons. And I can't exit out of the purchase screen.
I have to exit out of the game and start again.

I have been searching for a guide to follow, in case I am at fault. I can't find a guide. I have bought paint before, so should work.

Is this a common problem?
Do any other players have this problem?
Do I need to eventually lodge a ticket? *** only if nobody else has this problem.

How are you trying to buy your ARX, via steam, in game or via a console platform?

Try buying it in livery whilst in the ship you want it for. I have found that works seamlessly.

Ok. Thanks for that. Although, I think I tried to buy paint for a python while in it.

I click on the livery and get taken to a screen and three buttons. Ship, SRV, Exit.
None of the buttons work. I have to use task manager to stop the game.
I am going to go a ticket.

Good luck, I love buying pretties for my ships and would be annoyed if I couldn't.

Probably for the best. You must be getting a bit frustrated by now Nothing worse then having money to spend and no way to spend it.
