Considering the Thargoids outside of their ships were also included in the leak before this was all made official, there'll likely be PvE against Thargoid NPC's.

Sure invest time in doing a First Person Shooter in a space game instead of fixing space mechanics like absolutely unfunny scanning and exploration.

The trailer having atmosphere pretty much announces atmospheres. And yes, it's been confirmed LTP have it included many times in this thread.
