I respect your right to your opinion but question if entitled is the right word?
I paid for a VR game. I play in VR exclusively. I bought a LEP under the assumption that I would still be able to play in VR in all future updates. Am I entitled? Actually I think you may be right!
I’m sorry you are embarrassed about my entitlement but Frontier need to know.
You wouldn’t be here if you didn’t love the game And I respect that. I don’t know how you play, but let’s assume you found out you couldn’t play the way you wanted to any more... I would think entitlement would be served for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I get that you're frustrated. I apologize if I have minimized that. But that's due to my frustration with people overreacting and coming off unreasonable. I say embarrassing because if I was a frontier developer, I'd be absolutely annoyed with the community I work so hard for to constantly be complaining about lower priority things
as if they are the highest priority ever. I used the word entitled for a precise reason; because that's how you VR cult people are coming off as (no offense intended). You are stomping your feet and demanding that they prioritize something for a small minority. Does that make any sense? And I cannot stress enough that I 100% want VR implemented. It just needs to be prioritized properly. When they implement VR, I hope it comes with a bunch of enhancements, upgrades over the current version. That it's better than ever and you're happier than a dog with two tails.
But VR is currently, and probably will always be, a non-standard feature. It is a luxury. It is an add-on. It's not core to the game, and it was clearly prioritized as such. This shouldn't come as a surprise. Let them take the time to implement it right, after they release and fix bugs on the core update.
