Some comments so far in exploration with a Dolphin.

--It's so purdy....it's such a nice looking craft for those outside views and quite photogenic
--Runs SOOO cool. In SC it sits right around 14% on heat, and I can jump in the middle of scooping and it only goes up to 60%.
--5A scoop is very fast on this...between a good tank on this, stone cold, and fast scoop it beats the DBX for me, save for per-jump distance, but I'm getting 45ly per jump, and I have plenty of jumponium if required.
--Super maneuverable in SC.
--Nice cockpit, generally good 'feeling' about the craft you're in and comfort.

Went out about 3 or 4 thousand light years, and just made my 'right' turn towards Colonia. Long ways to go but in no hurry.

LOL, quite right. I'm not going to edit that in because I love your exclamation of it! :) Full credit to you, and it's 100% true!

On my jump range I should mention I don't have the FSD booster on my PC profile...going 'semi-old-school' (still engineered, so not full -old-school).

Don't use any of the Saud Krugers for cargo scooping the light of the holo-display for the cargo scoop target screen reflects off part of the pretty cockpit and washes out the cargo scoop target screen so you can barely see what you are doing. Other than that the Dolphin is great.

Right you have to be mindful. I just keep the yellow ring around the star just glimmering at the bottom of my windshield. So far so good.

Owners of SK ships aren't supposed to cargo scoop manually. What do you think all those internal slots are there for?
Drop one or two drones limpets, then tell your steward to bring you a cup of tea.
