Fleet carrier for the explorer

So I have 26 billion credits at my disposal and I plan on getting a fleet carrier.
I’m planning on moving it to a semi remote part of the galaxy for my and others use.
I want to know what you all think about which services I should offer in the deep black.
Obviously upkeep is a non issue.

But some things are just not needed.

please advise.

Universal Cartographics would probably be the most important one, since losing your data due to death is something that can't be purchased back.

Armoury, despite it's name also allows an explorer to restock any SRVs/SLFs that are lost over the course of their journey, or replenish any heatsinks (Heatsink synthesis require materials found in the bubble). Limpets and AFMU ammunition can normally be synthesized using basic materials which can be collected by most explorers with an SRV, but for those that don't have an SRV, this will be important. This is an essential service IMO if you are planning on mining for Tritium, unless you want to collect the large number of materials necessary to synthesize Limpets.

Repair should be handy as even if explorers do carry repair limpets, the ship integrity can't be restored without a repair facility at a station. It also provides a fresh coat of paint to restore an explorer to that showroom shine long lost in the past.

Refuel isn't quite as important as pretty much anyone out that far is likely carrying a fuel scoop (unless they're doing a no-refuel challenge!), but if you happen to be parked in a particularly sparse region of stars where the distance between stars can exceed the normal jump range of most ships, or if you are deep within a field of stars that you can't refuel from (eg T Tauri stars) this could be a handy service to have.

The above is pretty much the only services I'm looking to purchase for my own carrier, but there might be some niche for those that want to change the outfitting of their ships or purchase a new one while in deep space.

Yo have you taken a look at the DSSA? Your plan sounds very much like it's the same idea.

There is one service not yet mentioned, and might be worth offering: actually selling some cheap ships from your shipyard, for a Suicidewinder ticket back to the bubble. (Although the Adder + Hauler package is less expensive, but doesn't really have a good phrase for either of the two.) The problem is mostly just that the ship package weighs surprisingly much itself, and there's of course the weight of the shipyard module. (Plus its large upkeep.) I suppose that whether either of them is too much depends on your destination.

Sign-ups are closed there.

"Homeler"!? ;)
As I think a SY is necessary the Hauler/Adder package fits perfectly for some suicidal tendencies :)
(and some sidewinders for my personal use :D)

Unfortunately we can't set prices in our shipyards, can we!?
Would be interesting to see how much people are willing to pay for a "suicidewinder solution" ;)

From what I remember from the Beta you can install all services and then load them with certain packs of equipment, for example you can install a package of ship equpment for "exploration". That was my intention.
