New Trade Opportunities

Just thought I'd drop this here to gather info on any new trading opportunities found post-patch.

Tritium: We all know this one now I guess, but short version...
Low price: 10k, requires Famine
High Price: 70k, requires Investment (+Civil Liberty?)

Agronomic Treatment
Low price: 2k
High price: 35k, requires Investment, Civil Liberty and Pirate Attack(? Can only go on the current state, but nothing else nearby in the region )... this one's an industrial economy

Oddly, I have the same conditions at two different places... only difference is one's an outpost, other is a station.... outpost fetches the high price, station fetches only about 15k.

Inara suggests Drought or Terrorist Attack will get 5k, so combining Event + negative Economy then it'll practically be free, though that's not going to be straightforward.

I've got a high price locally of 85k from Inv+CL+Expansion (CL seems to help but only marginally - Inv+Expansion = 82k)

Seems to basically put bulk hauling at the level of an Elite Palladium haul mission in terms of per-tonne value.

Could be demand-related? Non-Agricultural economies have such a tiny demand for it that the station could easily not be at full.

I don't have any active Blights to check at the moment, but surely they do more than Pirate Attack? (Or should - they did nothing before...)

I'm not yet seeing any other significant changes to commodity prices but Colonia is currently in the "quiet phase" for event states so there could be some extras there.

Strangely enough... no. Highest price of 35k is reported on EDDB as an extraction in civil lib and investment.

By contrast, an agriculture system in blight only is 3,800 sell price.

Also, Tritium source & return missions are pretty nice when you find them. I had a net 18M profit on 54 units yesterday.

For trade, I have a one-jump route in the neighborhood with a 25K profit per ton. That matches the best I did while hunting down carriers with buy orders.

If only the BGS wasn't a busted :/

Another change for this, a bit less obvious.

All other core gems appear to have been given LTD's infinite demand regeneration, causing a substantial price increase across the board as demand swiftly resets to 'full'. There may have been tweaks elsewhere too (Void Opal prices seem to be back to pre-3.6 and I think they were hurt by more than having demand applied)

State effects may have been tweaked slightly as well, hard to be sure at the moment.

🤦‍♂️ 🤦‍♀️

Sounds like they've actually gone for the 'let's make money free!' solution to the economy

I believe they're just trying to get people out of the 'grind for money' mindset so that they can experience what the game has to offer.

I feel like they're going about it the wrong way though. We shall see once Odyssey drops, what 'dungeons' they have procured to warrant people to strive for something other than the soulless pursuit of currency.
