Where did my passengers go?

I was taking some explorers out into the black, and I had taken both of them to places they wanted to see, so I was headed back home when the update dropped. That's when things got weird. I logged on and went to my left tab to replot the route home (I do this rather than the neutron highway because then I can scan systems and discover new planets), and I took a look at my transactions and saw that I had no outstanding passenger missions. I got very worried because they were worth about $48mil and some grade 5 engineering materials. But then things got weirder. I didn't see any notices that I had fail the missions, so I took a look at my passenger cabins to see what was there, and they are still occupied with the passengers I picked up. The same passengers that I don't have missions for. What do I do?

Someone around here usually PSAs that stuff. Guess they were too busy mining. Speaking of, why were you hauling passengers when you're meant to be mining. This is Elite: Miner after all.

I don't like mining; I prefer exploring. Yes, I get that that comment was meant as a sarcastic jab at the state of the game/economy, but sarcasm really doesn't come over the internet well.

You may not be able to turn this mission in ... fingers crossed it will be ok, but Support are good with things like this, especially where such a high payout is involved. Be prepared to send in a ticket ........ and wait.

I sent a ticket yesterday morning, and by yesterday evening, the missions were back. Frontier does good stuff. (Yes, I know what I just typed)

Players whose missions were cancelled due to being accepted after the update have had credits added to their balance based on average reward for each mission type as compensation.

So you've already been rewarded? If so, trade the passengers at your nearest black market Imperial station :ROFLMAO:

(Actually, not sure if that applies to you, it refers to missions accepted after the update ...hmmmm)
