Why the FLEET CARRIER's paint job have not been fixed?

In response to the title, depends on which problem you are referring to. Have you checked to see if there is an issue raised about it? If not, raise one. If yes, add your feedback.
If it exists, there can be a number of reasons why it hasn't been fixed. For example, other higher priority work for the relevant people, or perhaps they have been working on it but don't have a fix yet.
In short, we don't know. Only FD know, and they generally don't answer such questions.

The issue was raised and acknowledged in the issue tracker shortly after the patch went live I believe, it was certainly mentioned numerous times in the forums since.SoHvaD jIyajbe'

Given that people bought PJs and can't now use them you would expect FD to be on this like a rash to ensure it won't affect sales. Unless all the mugs like myself already splurged prior to the patch when it did work, so I guess they can take their sweet time fixing this if and when they like.
FD haven't even felt the need to use one of their various CMs to briefly acknowledge this in their own forums in the form of a heads up so it doesn't seem like a big deal to them alright.

Because they only broke it in the last update (last week). They'll fix it in the next update while breaking other things. We may have a weekly or fortnightly update for a short while.

I hope FD fix it in the next update.My paint job is tactical ice white,I like white.
I think soMaybe FD don't see it as a big issue, or as i said, there are other more important issues for the relevant devs to solve, or they are working on a fix but its taking a bit longer to do.
Mine is as issued and will remain so untill there is a paint job I like, not holding my breath

Because Xbox one and PS4 NEED the same release patch this game is NOT a single platform released titles..
And Those systems have Patch release rules and much more...
And theres no Point doing an update release if there going to have to do another one 1 hour later for Other issues that they want to release a patch for...
The will patch it when its efficent to Patch the CLIENTs for all platforms...
