From what i am reading it seems like Tebori is stalling for time until he gets a victory so that they can attempt to rub it in and say now it has started.

The trouble is, they haven't had a single victory since they arrived.

Save yourself some time and go home as soon as you get your tritium. The nebula does not need you here.

Whatever your reasons are for being here, they are not nearly as important as the shipyard in Carcosa staying under the rightful owners control.

exactly, they came to riedquat and wanted to dunk code bgs, even asked fleetcomm for a help. Imagine potential wall of text in another propaganda video that Akuma wanted to make how Spear defeated dirty and very toxic griefers* that wanted to make another gank zone. After spear lost they made few comps of ganks solo pvpers with 4 wings or even pvers and shut up. I hope it will end in colonia in the same way.

*actually mostly rp pirates and not gankers that should cooperate with spear and betray friends from another outlaw groups but who disagreed with it and should be punished

It means a fleet of alien interlopers from the bubble will be perpetrating acts of aggression against local Colonia citizens, interdicting them and conducting forced "inspections" and picking targets of opportunity, and demanding some self-chosen title of space police grants them the right. If people defend their system or themselves and shoot back they'll be declared gankers, griefers, terrorists - your choosing - by this force of invaders. So that they can play mental gymnastics and claim they're still "lawful" despite their gameplay for the last few weeks being ganking in foreign lands.

But you have been misinformed. We came with full tanks. And even if some of our carriers will move away from time to time : SPEAR will stay in the nebula

But don't mind - a honorful trader & scientist like you are will never be harmed by us - this kind of misinformation is part of propaganda.

What SPEAR is doing on patrol:
  • scan ships whenever possible at stations, nav-beacons, CZ's etc.
  • compare the data with our wanted-lists and databases
  • interrupts ships in supercruise (if suspicious or other Cmdr's are in potential danger)

what we expect: people to give in the interruption and accepting the short kill-warrent-scan (KWS)
If SOMEONE has a high bounty on your head OR opens fire at the A.T.R. patrol --->>>> he or she will met the consequences
If you are clean ---->>>> we will wish you a good day! If you are in danger we might even give you protection.

Well, well. Could you please not threaten our supply to Alliance and Empire ships either then? It is a PITA to return to the swamp bubble for every purchase. Many of those of us who have been living out here when there was Jacques and nothing else really value these conveniences more than the power fantasies of certain individuals that seem to think anyone really CARES about who owns what beyond availabilities of ships, modules and commodities...

Thats brilliant Im being threatened daily by upto 120 + Dangerous Anacondas ,Im clean and fly in open can I have a Protection Escort please between 07:30 - 23:00 game time for my deliveries

It would be helpfull if I give you their names if you could interdict them 4 at a time in SC so will need a full wing or better two this will improve my turn round time

Under what authority do you claim the right to threaten, harass and abuse the rights to privacy, dignity and daily activities or citizens from a region you have no connection, tie or position in?

I paid off my last bounty on LRV Dagon, some 3.4 million from LTD piracy and am now completely clean.
Curious how this will work out for me in Carcosa.

To be honest - this is the first time SPEAR is sending me to a new A.T.R. outpost. I cannot forsee the development with "The Nameless"...
But I can promise you personally a ride on my carrier back to Colonia together with everything you will buy in the bubble. So may be in a month? Have to check which time I will be allowed to have a short leave in order to meet my family. I will keep you informed. (y)

I have to admit that our both platforms are somehow not compatibel - and so our way of life. I personally took your threat as a young and unexperienced PS4 Cmdr as you are with humor... But if you really want to check out something - you will find me on PS4 with the same name...
