Right half of Elite desktop launcher is blank, Left half ok and functions normally

Somehow the right half of Elite's desktop launcher doesn't display anything, everything was fine for months after a clean install of Win-10 and Elite.
I've done the following;
Re-installed launcher to current account. No change.
Deleted Launcher folder, re-installed. no change.

Elite desktop launcher takes 15 seconds to open after clicking the desktop launcher shortcut. (7700K; SSD; 32MB RAM).
Game launches quickly when PLAY is clicked and game functions normally.
I'm unable to access the repair option as its unavailable due to right side being blank.

Any ideas ?.

Just to add to the workaround which has already been provided, in case you're curious about the cause, the visual oddity occurs because you've got Windows' native display scaling set to >100%. If you drop it to 100%, the problem will go away (but you might find on-screen stuff too tiny to read!), if you increase it to 200% or higher, the problem will become even more acute. Try it!

I use a 4K TV HDR for 2d games, but Elite I play in VR only. (pimax 5k+ and really like the VR experience, headset FOV is fantastic).
Yes some Apps don't scale correctly, but hey gotta have 4k right...

Mon Dieu
Thank you for the additional info going to try it now and post my results.
Success! Just see or not seeing how my eyes are adjusting to the change in scale.

Thank you(y)
