Loving the new intro animals in the update

Just had a Mandrill sniffing at me instead of the Ostrich or elephant and just wanted to say it was awesome!

It is! And have you noticed the different animals walking on the loading screen? Before it was just a bear, but I have seen a reindeer, a lion and a rhino so far.

Indeed, I started getting really into the game this morning for the first time in months and then checked the time - oops, better get ready for work. Hopefully I won't be too tired when I get home.

Tell me about it. For whatever reason I had a hell of a work day. For weeks it was rather calm, but of course, on DLC day, there is no such thing as an early end of workday.

Currently tired on the couch and watching others play instead of playing myself. To be fair, with the work zone bug building new things is a bit annoying anyway.

The mandrill just appeared on my screen in the intro. At the first moment i was kinda scared, like "what!"

But its really great!

So far I’ve had the mandrill and kangaroo. Both are awesome but my fav so far is the mandrill. It’s great frontier added all these. Such a simple addition has such a huge impact.

Haha, these sound amazing! I've not spotted them yet, but I haven't been able to play much the last couple days. I'm not sure when they added the ostrich - I don't think it was there at launch? Or at least I never saw it until a few months ago, I think. Maybe I was just unlucky. Hope I spy the new ones soon!

Me too! Just making myself comfortable in front of the computer and then that! I love how its breath briefly steams up the monitor glass! Frontier is really good at adding all these little touches!
