Orbis stations vs Coriolis stations:

Given that there is two CGs, one to build Orbis stations, and one to build Coriolis station, I thought it would be fun to ask the question: Which do you prefer, and why?

The ones with rings, because they are more realistic. The giant D&D dice in space would have "awkward" spin-induced artificial gravity, to say the least.

Orbis, because they're easier to find the slot in supercruise.

Yes, yes, "it's always facing the planet" but I like to set up my approach long before I get to the point where I can see the orbit lines. Ideally I want to see it when I'm still next to the star.

Just to stir it up a bit, I like the Coriolis types with the noob hammers. Trying to surf the hammer is a great sport.

I have to say I'd prefer to live in a coriolis style. I feel that even though the habitation rings from Orbis stations would be more comfortable (because of the gravity and they look better overall) I think the design of a coriolis station would fare much better from attacks or disasters in general as everything is built into a single frame and damage could be much more easily contained.
