There's one other input that may benefit you. Pedals.
You can bind thrust, yaw and a few other things, which essentially frees up controls from your joystick.

I never thought about how VA could help in that respect. My girlfriend is a speech therapist and works with people who have suffered from stroke. She is always pushing technology to help people get a fuller quality of life and for some that means being able to play games
I'll definitely share this with her. Not that she'll be playing ED![]()
My entire right side is affected by the stroke, so would only be able to use the left peddle, doesn't really make it cost effective.
