Well on the PS4 it is Left 1 and Right 1.
Not sure about Xbox or PC.
Go to your control settings and it should show there.

I think psychiatrists call it unconscious competence? but it's funny this is so automatic that I can't even be sure what is correct. But on PC, isn't it Q and E?

From the manual:

Many people don't even know that there is a manual (linked from the launcher) - OK it is outdated and a lot is superseded but it does have some of the basics in it.

But not going to the manual (which I know about) was.

However, do you know of a good PC K & M bindings chart (non J'stick and Throttle) which does show the current ED Horizons default bindings ? [Needs to be the current ED default one]
Something I can print off ?

No ...... they don't work for me, but maybe I'm using them incorrectly. Here's what I do: (this is ED Horizons, PC K&M, with no J&T)

Open SOLO PLAY (which interestingly is COELHO STN and offers me AUTO-LAUNCH (not LAUNCH as with the tutorial .... however ....)).
Press 1 (to move to LEFT HAND NAV. PANEL).
I can use the arrow keys to move around, but Hold LSFT, W, S, A, etc do nothing.

I need to have a better look at the ED manual. I have it downloaded. It looks so comprehensive and I see it's been updated to include ED Horizons.

Bear in mind that a lot of the info is out-of date / superseded (Engineers for example) as the thing has not been updated for ages - it is a disgrace.

In regard to the EDRefCard it's the one I'm currently using. (Didn't realize its quality). However, mine must be an outdated version as it's very different from what I assume is the current one shown in your post. By way of example under SRV mine has 24 entries ...... the one in your post only has 13.
Printing "your" EDRefCard off now.

Yes, shame about the out-of-date Manual. What a pity they didn't update it when adding the ED-Horizons Section. Maybe with the release of ED-Odyssey ? ......

Moving around the "Focus Panels", the Left Hand one being the Target Panel .......... it's a breeze! Bloody show-off!!!
