How many species and subspecies will Planet Zoo have all together?

How should we know? That is entirely up to Frontier. Hopefully many, many more.

this is just a guess. No way of knowing, but if there were roughly 75 with the deluxe edition, and we get 5 animals per DLC, for 1 pack of 2019 and 3 packs each year for 2020-2022 that would be a total of 10 packs - 50 animals. add another year maybe at most for another 15 animals; maybe some free updates at some point, I'm speculating only - somewhere between 125-150 animals.
