Looking for support for Jurassic World on the Switch, unable to raise a support ticket as there is no option for the Switch?

I'm playing the game undocked, but the graphics are blurry.

Yeah, looks like they haven't set up the Issue tracker for it yet.

I've been told the problem when undocked is a lack of anti-aliasing, as that costs a fair bit of processing power. As far as I understand, they may be able to do a small amount about it, although at the cost of battery life.

It's a common enough complaint that they're likely going to keep working on a suitable compromise, though I feel this might already be the optimum trade off.

It's been several days but I was wondering if you were still looking for support. Is it the Issues Tracker your were looking for or Technical Support?
If it's the Issues Tracker it looks like it's set up for the Switch. (Photo below.)
