I'm starting to think that the FSD reward on the combat CG was a copy-paste error and Frontier haven't noticed the confusion yet...

My inventory was full am i still going to get the reward? I made room before collecting my reward $$ from the station.
Well, if that happens to be true, I sincerely doubt they'll not reward it. I mean, they lowered the threshold to 75% from 25% because of the outcry, so there is no way they would tell us "sorry, we made a typo, you're just S.O.L."

Was going to say, I just picked it up myself at the ship, in the outfitting.
Why wouldn't you just transfer it to your outfitting, or the outfitting at the nearest station if you haven't got it on your carrier?
I tried that first, of course. As it was not there I checked at the campaign carrier.
