Cereproc TTS (Text to speech) voice on sale !

William is the best english voice to pronounce text imo.

Didn't tested in game yet, but It's working perfectly on Windows Text To Speech control panel, Voice Attack, EDDI Elite Dangerous plugin. Just tested.

For the one who doesn't know, you can have Text to speech voice, like in Galnet Articles with third party tools like TTS4ED to make NPC talk, EDDI to add some narration voice.

Microsoft Cortana can be made available as TTS voice by executing a simple reg file. But i don't know if it's allowed to post it here though. Search internet if you like.

I am really interested to see if a non-English voice pack with English locale settings. Would it be (for example) English with a French accent?

After the black friday ads, on second "tab" you have a form you can fill with text and hear the voice.

From my testing you can understand everything a french TTS voice says in english, but you understand nothing when an english TTS voice pronounce a french sentence.

From more testing, with different english sentences, there is some part of text (CNN News for example) i don't understand from the french TTS Suzanne reading it. Suzanne is the best french speak TTS voice from ereproc in my opinion.

TTS voice are too much dedicated to reading text the way of a language. Most humans know how to adapt their pronounciation to others languages to be understood, even though they keep their specific language accent. That's not the case with TTS voice.

Latin languages (spanish, portuguesh, italian) are ok speaking french. Mostly because their are related languages.

I just did a run through of all their languages reading a Galnet article. I am going with Sara or possibly the Polish one

Unfortunately their site is "under maintenance" at the moment so not able to buy but I will check it periodically.

Sarah voice is good
William is maybe a bit slow for you, but i think he'll make a great narator for Elite Dangerous.

I advice you to get the english one as text in Elite Dangerous is in english.

But you can also enable Cortana voice as TTS. Cortana has a very great pronunciation !
If you search "cortana reg edit tts" on google, the first link, ghacks explain how to do, with it's title : "Unlock all Windows 10 TTS voices system-wide to get more of them".

As concerned to maintenance, Cereproc is not in maintenance mode for me.
