Remember: trade mission rewards weren't changed at all. Those are considered TRADE however I have not seen any change in the income from those missions. Are those getting any upgrade or will those mission be left where they are??
Yes, that is correct...Remember: trade mission rewards weren't changed at all.
The price of metals were changed.
And winning elections >.> Dat poll data...Data transfer missions are done for Rep and Inf, If your doing them for the credits look elsewhere
I don't, I do them as top-up from time to time. I don't care about credits that much. I have more money that I can spend however if FDEv is balancing stuff they should balance EVERYTHING. I know for fact that few players use courier missions to get not only a starter money but also some income while they have limited time for playing from time to time. Robigo missions do the same, short, low risk yet the allowed payment is massive...Data transfer missions are done for Rep and Inf, If your doing them for the credits look elsewhere
I don't think the solution would be to just buff the payments though. They're literally nothing missions, which are more useful for effects than credits... i could only stack 4 or 5 deliveries for biowaste during an election, but i could stack up to 20, which would be much more effective.I don't, I do them as top-up from time to time. Yes and no. Those are perfectly valid ways of playing. So if we start calling certain activities as "nothing" mission I have to say that combat is "nothing mission" as this is not affecting me. I don't do combat and to be honest for those seasoned in combat shooting at stuff is nothing. They just do that. Yes there is a risk but would you agree that this risk is minimal for those players??I don't think the solution would be to just buff the payments though. They're literally nothing missions,
I mean it's a nothing mission in that there's nothing material to them. Like I said, you can't fail them, except if you simply don't do them. There's no cargo to deliver, no ships to kill, no salvage to recover, no weapons or specialised equipment required. They are literally nothing missions. Every other mission has some activity or capability required, but courier missions fill the gaps in between. In the proverbial cylinder of rocks, couier missions are the sand in between... their completion levies no requirements, and the rewards factor that in. Again, trade missions didn't change, only the value of the commodities being shipped. Moving biowaste still pays the same as it did before, using a formula balancing the LY/LS and other factors. That hasn't changed, and the mechanism for determining reward between courier and delivery is pretty comparable. The only thing skewing it is the value of the goods, and as I already said, that should be changed in favour of quantity, with value almost irrelevant to the reward.Yes and no. Nah, I leave those in peace. I have a different view of courier missions. Those also can contain combat element as you may get interdicted. You can shoot NPC as a side bonus to the delivery mission etc. For me those missions are normal part of the game. But yeah, I'll see what is going to happen in the next few weeks maybe...I mean, are you also going to start asking for donation missions to offer rewards as "balance"?
