Why isn't anybody asking for the last CG's reward?

Hello CMDRs o7

This is the top 10-25% reward, making my ship look awesome:

Really cOoL as you can see.

I'm baffled that nobody asked Frontier to share the reward with everyone, like in this case. Perhaps i'm missing something too obvious but i couldn't figure out what that is..

Anyway, i hope all of you are enjoying your decals.

I participated in the CG but stopped very quickly, did only one combat run.
I had other things to do and the Cmdr numbers ( after the first day) looked like we would loose, so didnt return.
The side I was on did loose, but a much closer result than I expected given the contributors gap.

I was therefore pleasantly surprised to receive a Decal.
As I misunderstood "If successful, decalls will be rewarded to the top 10%-75% of participants by the 5th of December 3306.", as "if your side wins.".
Now I know it just means reach tier 5 or whatever the last tier is.

The bronze one looks fine and I am a ...

Yes, you did miss something. It was in the very first sentence of the post you linked to (so I have no idea how you missed it):

The primary issue the OP of that thread (and myself, among others) had was that Frontier changed the rules of the CG after the CG ended.

What has happened in this CG is that the rules haven't changed. It was clear from the beginning that everyone at 75% or higher would get decals, and that is exactly what has happened. There is nothing to complain about.

If Frontier had any integrity, they would take the boosted FSD away from anyone in the 75% and 50% brackets and just leave it with the 25% and above brackets, as the CG originally stipulated.

Thanks for bringing light upon that, I really missed that point.

@Non Grata is that correct? You made into the top 25% too and felt punished? Or you did not participate because you felt you wouldn't be able to achieve top 25%?

Well, it was a complete success. The majority got a reward and snowflakes were acknowledged, 10/10.

There's only the same 3 people that keep complaining about players, and the community can never be decent and has to be bad. Its been so long since there have been any real troll posts here at least its just them saying it over and over again.

Ironically, Frontier have moved the goalposts dramatically on the current CG, without triggering howls of outrage this time.

They have dropped the targets, from 27 million down to 1 million IIRC. But that doesn't affect access to the module, just the tier rewards.

Yeh, I can imagine the SALT from the commanders rushing back from Colonia with all their AW data only to find out the CG ended early because the target was me before they got to the CG station.
