FD Emails Me That I am Banned , (but it’s not me?)

So I got an email from FD the other day that I CMDR [REDACTED] have been banned for 3 days for game abuse. But here is the catch my name isn’t CMDR [REDACTED] it’s Cmdr Jim S Walter and my account isn’t banned. It’s called confidentiality FD look it up.

I feel like this is outrageous for FD to do something this incompetent.

Perhaps the original owner of the account changed their E-Mail and accidentally entered yours? Unintentionally, ofcourse. I judge FDev by a lot but imo this can happen and most companies add an extra notice explaining the steps in case this email has wrongly been delivered to a different recipient.
If you're friendly enough you can notify FDev and they'll make sure the E-Mail is set correctly.
