I’m in EST in the US what time does dlc normally come out?

I know this has nothing to do with the DLC release time but, I cant play until 3:30! It should probably come out at around 5:00 AM ET.

I think it's midday UK time (Greenwhich time). I won't get it until the morning of the 9th because NZ is ahead.
