Hello to the whole team and to the players,
I've been playing this game since launch and have lots of suggestions.
But I will only suggest one. It would be nice to be able to customize our fighter pilots to our liking.
Color of outfits, hair, to choose faces and descriptions.

10%, but without any word in what and when to do.
"hey, i offer you 10% of any income, but you have to get a new haircut, i want you to wear those mauve pants, to be ready 24/7 whenever i feel like, and i might fire you any time, especially before generating income."

Just hire and fire the NPCs until it generates someone you like the look of or has a backstory that makes you laugh.

My NPC pilots little blurb is something along the lines of
"I used to be a combat pilot for the Empire until one day i discovered my wife was cheating on me, my life fell apart and i needed a change"
Instantly i thought "mate come with me, we'll just bounce around space and blast the heck out of pirates. forget about women"

The same random generation applies the FC Crew as well, I cycled through quite a few to see what would come up.
I've now got a Commodity Trading manager called Hung Ryan and he really reminds me of Cyrus from Trailer Park Boys

I went for the alternative lifestyle, and hired the only one I could find that had a brilliant name - Micah Hunt - much better said out loud.

I offer this suggestion because I can't wait to customize my fighter pilots, like my main characters.
But I understand that this is not a priority for the whole community.

It took me a long time to find a cute harmless fighter pilot, it would have been easier for sure...

I seem to be lucky.
took me only around 30 pilots to find a good looking female with the name "Sky Riddle".
I hired her as Harmless, so can level her up and save a lot money once she becomes better.

I wasted at least 3 or 4. which meant a lot of rolls... simply because i wanted the one with the nice British accent. And after the first log off they reverted to the US accent
I wonder when they will fix this bug... :/

Hi,
I have fun creating characters so I don't look too much the time, then I take pictures and make small video edits.
I also did it with the ships according to the different kits purchased.
