Yeah something glitched, I had the same thing an hour ago. Task-killing and restarting the game, and waiting about 30 seconds, sorted it out. Through Oculus Home, at least.

I've had it from time to time, though not recently. If it doesn't fix itself, try the "validate game files" in the launcher menu. I think it's under "options". My launcher is borked at the monet , so I can't check. The play button works, but I have no menus at the top.
