Aquatic pack two

I really like the leopard seal and the Morse
the other 2 I don't wantchoose instead:
3. The Mississpi Alligator
4. Humbold's Machot
5. All sea lion species

I just realized I never gave my full list:

Harp Seal (It's in a zoo or two, it counts! - Those PUPS!!)
African Cape Penguin or Rock Hopper Penguin
Sea Lion
North American River Otter or Asian Small Claw Otter

Take my two alternates and a third pack would be them and
Pacific Walrus
Harbor Seal - I want the Leopard Seal more but it looks like it's not really a zoo animal but more a rescue and rehabilitation project

1. California sea lion
2. California sea lion
3. California sea lion
4. California sea lion

Yea I might be a little obssesed at this point, lol. But I would also still like to see smaller species of penguin that does not require coolers. Also, beavers!

Out of curiosity, would you accept the Steller's sea lion? The Californian is by far the more common one in captivity, but the Steller's is pretty well known and more urgently needs conservation (I mean, both the Australian and NZ sea lions have it worse but I'm being realistic about the game).

Personally I'd take either.

I would, california sea lion is my favourite, but I think I would be happy with any sea lion at this point. At least there would be a possibility that modders could make other species from it (as much as I prefer official content) but if wont have a sea lion rig, I dont think they will be able to make it from the seal.

When Frontier discovers a code which allows animals to be strictly kept in water so that animals such as sharks, rays and other marine life can be added.

My Aquatic Pack II:
  1. California Sea Lion
  2. New Zealand Fur Seal
  3. African Penguin
  4. Little Penguin
  5. Arafura File Snake (A semi-aquatic snake from Northern Australia)

Thinking about it, I'd rather divide a future aquatic pack into two biome packs;

Marine Pack
  • California/Steller's sea lion.
  • Humboldt/African/Magellanic penguin.
  • Southern sea otter.
  • Great white pelican.

Wetlands Pack
  • American alligator.
  • American beaver.
  • Asian small-clawed otter.
  • Saddle-billed stork.
  • Hellbender (E).

I'm not sure what a suitable 'marine' exhibit animal would be. I'm hesitant to name a random aquarium animal because just having one wouldn't really be enough, and besides, we don't know if Frontier would ever go down that route. Someone might suggest the marine iguana, but there are none in captivity, and even if there were they would be more suitable as a habitat animal due to their range of movement.

Maybe add a fifth habitat animal for the marine pack? The walrus could fill that slot, and yeah it's another pinniped but I'd say it's unique and iconic enough to justify its place.

So many mention animals that are very much the same as we already have. I like variations aswell like grey wolves and polar wolves as an example, but seals look very similar to eachothers. Why not ask for Elephant Seal or Walrus instead as a compliment to the Grey Seal? Also I've seen a lot mention American Alligator (often in other threads)? I mean.. we have Gharial, Saltwater Crocodile and Cuvier's Dwarf Caiman. We don't need another big lizard swimming around.

My list would be more like:
  • Walrus / Elephant Seal - Sadly I've read Walruses don't do to well in captivity, don't know if same thing goes for Elephant Seals
  • Rockhopper / African Penguin - We need another species of penguins and Rockhopper is personally my favourite. Beautiful and unique in appearance. African is unique in the way they don't live in the antarctic region
  • Platypus - A unique animal in both appearance and behavior. A mammal who both lay eggs and sweat milk for their babies to consume.
  • American Beaver - To compliment Otter, and a fantastic animal. Would love to see them build some houses as in other Zoo games.
  • Yellow-Headed Box Turtle / McCord's Box Turtle / Roti Island Snake-Necked Turtle (E) - As a exhibit animal some of the critically endangered species would be a nice compliment. Some of them more unique then others, I would also pick any of them for educational purposes in the game and what we are doing to the animals and how our choices affect them.
