The issue was firefox browser cache ... I used mobile opera and relinked accounts correctly. Support Luma had idea that there may be issue and it was it.

It is NOT 1231 UTC. I suggest you learn what utc/gmt time is and what your relation to it is. East coast US is gmt-5 atm. Alternatively you can look at game time as thats kept at gmt.

im at a loss too, here it says 12 utc whcich is in 21 min and on twitch itself it says 20 gmt which is in 8 hours and 21 min....

Do people claiming drops not realise that they can click on the X in the top right corner of the text box to avoid spamming Chat with "I just claimed..." messages?

Better yet if you click the arrow pointing right it collapses the chat.
