Frontier: When are you going to unblock the Gmail accounts that you have autoblocked this week?

Issue Tracker entry: Forums will not let me post: "Attempts to send emails to my email address have failed" -incorrect-

For several days now, an unknown number of Gmail users have been blocked from posting. Apparently Gmail has had some "issues" recently, with some messages being undeliverable: it appears that this has triggered an "invalid email address" flag with Frontier.

We are being given a useless link to reset our email address (it won't accept another address). Some have tried changing their email address on the Frontier store, but apparently this doesn't affect the forum block.

Luckily I have multiple accounts, so I was able to register this one and post.

When is this going to be fixed?

I assume it's random. The problem has been in the news lately, but I was still getting emails for thread-watch notifications. But perhaps not all of them, and there's probably a counter before the forum software decides to write-off the account.

BTW, I was still able to use the Issue Tracker with my old account, so if any affected users are able to read this but not post, I suggest you use the link in the OP.

I was blocked too, around the time I heard google had some issues few days ago (which seems no problem to me) and I posted to the forum around that time.

Sent a support tic and just got solved.

I just tried to log into my original account and I'm still seeing the same error message and still can't change my email address.
I have logged in on both my phone and pc.

I have been blocked twice, both times I have been unblocked within 24 hours when putting in a report using the correct channels!

Posting on the forums will achieve nothing. Oh yes, I found that the automated emails the forums sends when there is a response to your post is the problem, every now and then one gets rejected and that brings up the automated response that your email address is not responding, even if you are still receiving emails from the forum. SInce I have disabled the automated response to posting it hasn't happened again, so I suggest disabling that feature if you still have it active otherwise sooner or later it will happen again.

Done that on the day I got blocked, I don't need emails. I am here every day, few times a day actually...
