You can have all the mats, you still dont have enough "trust" with Hera Tani to gain access to grade 4 upgrades!

You never got a discount on "access rolls"
You still need the same amount of rolls to gain access to the next rank as befor, just each roll is more worth now, making you roll less to max the module.

You order a Pizza, Youll need at least 20bucks worth of pizza for them to deliver it. befor each pizza was 10bucks, so 2 gained you the deliver. now a pizza is 8bucks, so 2 wont be enough anymore for the delivery. no pizza ):

Engineers Boost Ship Module Upgrading

Pilots Federation ALERT

The effectiveness of engineers’ upgrading for ship modules will be boosted until the 7th of January 3307.

During this time, engineered weapons and modules will receive increased augmentation for the same amount of materials. This will apply to every workshop in Alliance, Imperial, Federal and independent space.

Sure they're gone, but you can always find more and with that amount of materials you would not get far anyway - at least not in terms of unlocking engineers (while unlocking and leveling up engineers, one will have to use quite an amount of materials)

Go play a bit more, hunt some HGE, do some planetary runs, some missions and pick the material rewards...
But Bug? no.

This--- make grade 3 ready before you get access to grade 4..

This is something that all new cmdrs will notice untill this discount is over. Its okey for old cmdrs that have allready opend grade 4 and 5. So it is a bug!

is it more importent to prove me wrong than try to understand and look at the facts? My first photo is prof that something is wrong.
