Getting Double Pirate Ships Instances (Same pirate)

I take an assassination mission and the pirate in SC, he interdicts me. I throttle back and he drops in right beside me, and right in front of both of us is another corvette, it's him again.

This ever happen to you? He truly went overboard on "have you ever met yourself in game" that I posted recently. I killed both.

Yep, been in the game for a while. I just take the double bounty and leave smiling. It's one of the good bugs

yup, encountered this a few times, lately I have encountered the same signal source never seems to go away, so I can kill the with the same target over and over again...

Old bug, happens to me on assassination missions. Just kill ‘em 2xs.

It happened multiple times yesterday. I recall having the same pirate in SC as in the instance but haven't seen both at the same time before. The one in the instance never moves while the fight is happening, but if I engage him it's on. Seems broken to me. I also had a pirate try to use a hatch breaker on me and I don't even have a cargo hold. Did they lose the ability to scan cargo? Getting interdicted for my cargo then scanned. In the past seems like they would only interdict if you had something. I know there's a discussion about it somewhere else on the forum but this seems to be more aggressive than before. Not a problem either way, just a bit silly.
