Once more the console player get the dirty end of the stick. As with previous new content it all ends up being second hand thanks to spoilers all over the internet.

Well given the global situation I guess it was unavoidable but gutted non the less, let's hope they atleast make it less buggy with the extra time they taking but is that expecting too much?
No release ever sticks to the advertised date. So this new date is guaranteed to run over too. We will be lucky to get it by November imo.

Gutted also, I just hope it's worth the wait and runs ok on Xbox one.
This has left a bad taste in my mouth. No enhanced XS version on the cards, and now this delay. So, by the time us console owners finally get the game, everything will be spoiled by the PC master race, streamed, blogged etc. Bad move, unless you delay all platforms.

Yes but pc seems to be getting a good release assuming that it doesn't get delayed, i wouldn't care as much if it wasn't for the fact that pc will get footfall claims way before us.
For such a long delay you'd think they would work out all of the bugs for consoles but you know they won't. Well get our big delay and when it releases well probably get all of the PCs problems too, have to wait for them to be fixed just to have the game be playable and we'll all be standing here wondering what even was the point of delaying it to begin with.

another insult to console players , how to distance your company from customers. Why not just chance the names of the xbox and playstation forum to lower level life forms or scum .plebs be a good one
making promises after promises only to slap gamers in the face some marketing .....
what i expect now is a perfect running game with exceptional wow factor . there be no excuse to get this right seeing how pc release is month earlier all glitches and bugs should be eliminated and fixed for console release...however till then am not spending another penny on ARX and i have spend a good few £££ over the years since beta first dropped on xbox

PS5 player here. I do own a gaming PC and could play on that, but I play on PS because of the squadron/people I play with.

I wouldn't go that far. Under the difficult global circumstances a delay is understandable, even inevitable. Elite is trying to do what it's taken Star Citizen hundreds of millions of pounds and 9 years to get wrong.
What's difficult is such a long delay between PC and console release. Being 're-prioritised' like that does feel like being kicked when you're down.
