They haven't before. On the other hand, they couldn't do CGs for specific types of exploration data before either.

Interestingly, one of the Marlinist systems is now closest viable target for an Expansion we have, that should complete tomorrow. Soon see if the new systems are BGS-locked...

With past experiences: systems shown with 0 population on the galaxy map were locked, and the control factions cant pushed into a conflict,so you can jump over it in inf level, but cant take the control.

I was going to say to give it a while - system updates can take a while after the restart. Burning stations etc - less sure if new stations are affected

And some things still seem to need a first tick to fully stabilise as well, though they seem to have reduced those over the last few years.

FD does updates with an outage: OMG, why do FD still need outages ??
