I mean...yes.

We can probably work out trade, NPC interactions and quest pickups by ourselves. Those will definitely be there in some form or other. Can I use a settlement gun turret to massacre all the bunnies in their pet shop is a complete unknown and I'd argue, requires clarification.

Yes to the 30K/40K Warhammer weapons please. Power fist and power hammer at least. Or perhaps go FallOut4 and give us a rocket hammer that also deals corrosive or electrical or burn damage.
LOL, You are most likely going to get a knife, maybe a machete. But on the bright side you will likely be able to buy skins for them, or maybe buy loot boxes with the possibility of skins/upgrades you want in them depending how COD they go with this.

I wonder if we will be able to pick up objects. Will there be stuff laying around? If my buddy gets mauled by a cyborg hound, can i pick up his gun and keep fighting? Will we be able to grab a pipe from an exploded SRV and hit the enemy with it?

Settlement Store Owner: "Hello Commander, welcome to our settlement store. We're doing a discount on plant scanners which allow you scan all kinds of exciting, alien fungus, the analysis of which could expand humanity's knowledge of science, medicine and-"

Commander: "Screw that! Gimme the Lakon Flaming Chainsaw® with 12% Critical Hit Chance, 20% Critical Hit Damage plus 10% chance that the bunnies will be set on fire!"

;)

Its not been announced yet, but yes. 'Love' engineers need unlocking, outpost night clubs visited and friendship drives 'charged'. PvP is taken to a whole new level, as is exploring (oooer!)

I just got a brilliant idea for my FC. I may need to talk to David about that PEGI rating though...
