Release Neutron Highway long range route planner

Hi, I dont know if we did something wrong or if it would require a new feature.
I was going from Shinrarta Dezhra to Colonia with this Anaconda
Was using Galaxy plotter ( where you paste your build instead of range)
I had 10 osmium for the engineer and 22 limpets on board i coulnt do the first or second jump on the list because the mass exceeded the jump range.
Is there a way to tell the tool to account for 32 T of cargo?

We ended up selling our osmium and limpets controllers and we'll just mine it once there. But it could be helpfull to plot a route with cargo.

The main / normal / original plotter lets you specify your jump range, why not use that instead?

Also - is there a reason that the galaxy plotter* can't have an alternate field to that for pasting of build - to just stick jump range instead?

* - I have not used the galaxy version yet.

I was
looking for a more complete plotter which includes refuelling, secondary neutron stars and FSD injection
:D

Also for the question about the alternate Field, cant work because your jump range change depending on how much fuel is left.
Thats one of the reason i prefer the new tool to the old one. it start by plotting jump at your full fuel range and as your tank empty, it plot star further away eachtime until it tell you to refuel.
And the refuel star option is priceless.

Dark Mode? I like using Spansh and would like to see a Dark Mode/Theme so the window isn't so bright ALT/TABing back and forth. I noticed there's a "Themes" selection available, but not active (for me at least). I'm thinking future expansion then? Cheers! 🍻

What Zeda said, I need to know a lot more about your ship in order to properly calculate fuel usage and jump range. That said, I should allow people to specify how much cargo they are carrying which would solve Zedas problem

What browser are you using? The theme selection on the settings page works fine and allows dark selections.

I'm using Chrome. Maybe it's an Addon/Extension I have that's blocking it. I'll check it out and report back.
Ok, I'm a doofus 🤪. I see now that the selection I needed to make was the Box to the right of the word "Theme". I was clicking on the word "Theme" thinking it was a hyperlink to the selection process. 🍻 Spansh!

Hello - I am trying to make use of the Galaxy Plotter, which I think is a very impressive tool. However, the issue I am running into in practical use is that the tool is just too aggressive. it will frequently suggest jumps that are longer than my minimum jump range, which is fine if I follow the tool exactly and only scoop at the specified star. However, if I accidentally scoop a little at one of the intermediary stars (some neutrons are binary systems with very close scoopable stars) I then suddenly I have too much fuel and it is now impossible for me to make said jump.

Would it be possible to have a setting where, when applied, the Galaxy Plotter tool will never suggest jumps longer than my minimum jump range when I have a full tank? Yes, it will be a little less efficient but I'm willing to make that sacrifice.

Can you link me an example of the route, I am pretty sure I had the system refuel at any system it happened to come across which was scoopable, specifically to avoid this problem.

Just wanted to post up a huge thank you for this tool, most especially the CSV export capability. The checklist format gave me an idea that turned out to be just the thing to help those long Road2Riches runs pass by more quickly!

I built a touchscreen-based web application that is served up from the system running the game, and which can offer inputs to the game via AutoHotKey.
This means I can almost instantly input the next system name with the tap of a button. LOVE IT!

I think the Galaxy Plotter is a bit too overbearing for my tastes, but it has one feature over the Neutron Router I really like: The ability to identify the neutrons with a close scoopable companion. "Scoopable neutrons", I sometimes call them. If the Neutron Router could point out these kinds of NSes when they happen to be on route, it'd be great.

Is that avaible for others?

Unfortunately no... Not yet, at least. The nav panel is part of a larger project that provides a lot more info at a glance, but that will require this thing actually being able to parse the player journal, which it does not do just yet.
