Elite Retribution

Only way players are going to be putting stuff on mission boards is either they (* apply for job at frontier, or buys Frontier development and Elite Dangerous )
This forum is to vent frustration that neither of these things are really viable solutions, and your reply could be made to almost any post!

But some way of communicating in-game intent for some undertaking could be done. Currently discord and the like fill the hole but, while essential, are a bit remote for some things, and don't mesh with spontaneity. Currently if your mission text fits into a fleet carrier name space you can kind of already do it!

True.

There is many ways, letting players put stuff on mission boards, is going to be abused.
A work around is doing what Drew is doing. Prerecorded content, with in person interactions, mixed with chat and external live streaming.

And before you get thinking, that I'm totally against user generated content.
I've played star trek online's foundry content (user generated content ) and also made a couple. (no longer have those "published".)
It's just from my experience with that and other games, I Don't see Frontier putting/allowing players to place missions on the mission boards at stations. For various reasons. (with how they currently are set up)

*And just for full disclosure: I ment no ill will in any of my comments on these forums.
