Why can't I download my game?

I have bought this game, am a lifetime pass holder. Why can't I download the game? Why is Frontier demanding I buy the game I already own?
Am I looking in the wrong place? https://www.elitedangerous.com/ should be it yes?

Maybe we should start telling people to email community@frontier.co.uk to get their download - that might get them to change it
