Challenge Scenarios / Introduction to VR

Noob question...

Under "Challenge Scenarios" there is "Introduction to VR". I don't have a VR headset, and I have no idea how to complete this challenge anyway.
This may seem a strange and useless request, but can anybody point me to a video where somebody tackles specifically this challenge? Googling and YouTube is no help.

Also what is the best/most popular VR headset going around anyway?
This and Flight Sim 2020 under Windows 10 are obvious targets...

I've just recorded myself playing the scenario - a few things to consider:
  • the video capture is only 30fps so things look a bit more jerky than they are in-helmet
  • size doesn't convey well in this video, eg. the Keelback bridge is nearly two stories tall
  • my Keelback combat skills need improvement 😅
